Job Type: Full-TimeWorkplace Type: Remote Office Location: Work within a geography, DMV areaFLSA Status: Non-exempt What you will do:To provide accurate and timely service of HVAC equipment as directedPerform general maintenance of HVAC systemsTroubleshoot / repair / maintain HVAC systemsMaintain skill levels as requiredProvide Service Operations with daily time and service ticketsOther duties as assigned What we're looking for:Completion of 5-year apprenticeship program or equivalent combination of experience and educationValid driver's license and excellent driving record requiredMust have a minimum one Journeyman license within MD, DC, or VA. Must have Journeyman licenses within MD and DC within six months of hireMust have OSHA 30 within 6 months of hireMust have CFC certificationMust have factory trainingMinimum 1-5 years of experience in commercial HVAC industryProficient in MS Office and Outlook Physical Requirements:Ability to safely drive a commercial van loaded with tools in busy DC traffic, frequent visits to job sitesAbility to climb ladders, bend, and kneel for extended periodsAbility to lift a minimum of 50lbs frequentlyBeing able to work indoors and outdoors through all seasonal changes We offer:Excellent pay and benefitsGreat and supportive work environmentProfessional training and growthGenerous educational assistance programRecognition and outstanding co-workers!
