Licensed Practical Nurse [SNF]

Location: Petersburg, IL Contract Length: 13 Weeks (Extension Possible) Schedule: 3×12‑hour shifts weekly

We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a contract assignment at a Skilled Nursing Facility in Petersburg, Illinois. This role offers a stable schedule, supportive work environment, and the opportunity to extend based on performance and facility needs.

• Deliver high‑quality nursing care to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility
• Administer medications and treatments according to established care plans
• Monitor, document, and report changes in resident conditions

• Support daily clinical operations and resident care needs

• Active LPN license in Illinois
• Previous SNF or long‑term care experience preferred
