Package Machine Operator (Night Shift) - Buda, TX
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
AHI Supply is seeking dependable and hardworking individuals to join our production team as a Package Machine Operator (Night Shift) at our Buda manufacturing facility.
This position is responsible for operating packaging equipment, monitoring production processes, maintaining product quality, and supporting a safe and efficient manufacturing operation. If you enjoy hands-on work and want an opportunity with a stable, growing company, we encourage you to apply.
Schedule
- Monday through Friday
- 4:00 PM - 2:30 AM
- Average of 50 hours per week
- Overtime available
- Must be available to work Saturdays as needed based on production schedules and business demands
What You'll Do
- Operate machinery used to blend, fill, package, and stack bagged cement products
- Monitor production lines and address issues such as jams, material loss, and packaging defects
- Move raw materials, packaging supplies, and finished products throughout the production area
- Inspect products and packaging materials to ensure quality standards are met
- Maintain accurate production counts and records
- Assist with housekeeping and maintaining a clean work environment
- Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements
- Communicate equipment, quality, and safety concerns to supervisors

Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, and climb throughout the shift
- Frequently lift and/or move materials weighing up to 75 pounds
- Ability to work around industrial equipment and machinery in a manufacturing environment
