Qualifications
- Must hold a current Washington State licensure depending on the discipline
- Out of state or a new grad not yet licensed, must be willing to obtain WA State licensure for the discipline
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat
- Develop and train caregivers in home program
- Maintain patient confidentiality
- Document clearly and concisely
- Collaborate across disciplines
- Attend team meetings
- Manage time efficiently and follow schedule
- Maintain active WA state licensure and complete all required CEUs
- Support clinic culture and mission
