Loader / Equipment Operator – Fast-Paced Yard (Growth Opportunity).

We’re looking for someone who takes pride in working hard, operating equipment well, and staying efficient all day.
Who This Is For:

This is NOT for someone who:
- Wants to move slow or avoid physical work.
- Needs constant direction.
- Doesn’t care about organization or safety.
What You’ll Do:
- Load customer vehicles and contractor trucks accurately and efficiently.
- Operate skid steers, loaders, and forklifts.
- Keep materials organized and yard clean.
- Support retail team and delivery drivers.
- Maintain equipment
- Assist with unloading and restocking materials.

Requirements:
- Able to work outdoors in Texas conditions.
- Physically capable and comfortable with labor.
- Reliable and consistently early.
- Equipment experience preferred (we will train the right person).
Pay & Growth:
- Hourly pay + performance-based bonuses.

- Driver.
Schedule:
- Part-time or full-time.
- Weekend work required.
