Mid-sized Plaintiff Personal Injury law firm located in Center City Philadelphia is seeking an Associate Attorney with 1–5 years of experience in plaintiff-side personal injury litigation. The ideal candidate is driven, highly organized, and proactive in advocating for clients and managing their legal matters effectively.
Responsibilities include:
- Handling arbitration-level cases from filing through award
- Drafting responsive pleadings
- Preparing and responding to motions and preliminary objections
- Conducting and defending depositions
- Managing all phases of written discovery
Requirements:
- Active Pennsylvania law license (required)
- Minimum of 1-5 years of Personal Injury Experience
- Minimum of 1-5 years of Arbitration Experience
Salary commensurate with experience
