Job Summary:

Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care to residents in accordance with established policies and procedures
Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by physicians
Monitor and report changes in resident condition to healthcare providers and family members
Document resident care and treatment in accordance with facility policies and regulations
Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans
Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents, including infection control and sanitizing procedures
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance resident outcomes and satisfaction
