Full-Time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)

Aventura at Shiloh Springs is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Full-Time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our in-house rehabilitation team. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a supportive Skilled Nursing Facility/Long-Term Care (SNF/LTC) environment where patient-centered care and clinical excellence are top priorities.
Responsibilities:Provide physical therapy treatments under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
Assist residents in achieving their highest level of mobility, independence, and quality of life.
Accurately document treatments and progress using Net Health.
Collaborate with therapy, nursing, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure exceptional patient outcomes.
Maintain compliance with facility policies and state and federal regulations.
Current Ohio PTA license in good standing.
SNF/LTC experience preferred, but not required.
Experience with Net Health preferred.
Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
Passion for providing high-quality resident care.
