You'll welcome new foster home providers and coordinate placements that move foster candidates quickly into appropriate homes. You'll also maintain ongoing communication with foster families, ensuring they feel supported and informed while monitoring vaccination and deworming schedules to keep animals healthy and on track. You'll oversee new and annual home inspections and maintain accurate records, including applications, contracts, inspection documents, and contact information.WHAT'S REQUIRED?1+ years of customer service experienceExperience leading people-focused programsAccurate record keeping and organizational skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word, and emailExcellent customer service skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProfessionalism, courtesy, tact, and sound judgmentAt least one year of animal handling, customer service, shelter environments, and leading people-focused programs are preferred.ABOUT OUR COMPANYEverything our passionate team does at Monadnock Humane Society (MHS) revolves around improving pet welfare and strengthening the animal-human bond.
