What You’ll Do
• Handle a wide range of commercial real estate transactions
• Advise clients on construction-related legal matters
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements
• Manage client relationships and grow existing book of business
• Collaborate with internal teams on complex transactions
What You Bring
• 7+ years of experience in real estate law
• Strong background in construction and commercial real estate
• Portable book of business (85%+)
• Excellent negotiation and client management skills
• Licensed to practice in Michigan (or ability to obtain)
