What You'll Do:
Deliver compassionate, high-quality, and personalized care in accordance with physicians orders and personalized care plans
Collaborate with Occupational Therapists and Clinical Services Team
Help patients regain mobility, strength, and independence after illness or surgery
Educate patients and families on improving balance, walking, and preventing decline
Assess and ensure safe mobility in the home environment

What You Bring:
Graduate of an accredited school of Occupational Therapy Program (AOTA-approved)
Active COTA license in Florida
Valid Florida drivers license, active vehicle insurance, and clear MVR
1+ years of experience as an OT required, Home Health experience preferred
Strong initiative and independent judgement
Alignment with the agency's mission and values
