This role offers flexible scheduling and the opportunity to support residents working toward greater independence and functional mobility.Responsibilities:Provide occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of the Occupational TherapistAssist residents with therapeutic activities focused on self-care, coordination, and mobilityReinforce adaptive techniques and equipment use during treatment sessionsMonitor resident participation and communicate updates to the OTMaintain accurate documentation and treatment recordsQualifications:Active COTA license requiredSkilled nursing experience preferred but not requiredDirect Hire.
