**Key Responsibilities:**
- Conduct assessments to identify speech, language, and communication disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans.
- Provide therapy sessions to clients of all ages.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
- Stay current with the latest research and techniques in speech therapy.
**Qualifications:**
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Valid state license (or eligibility for licensure).
- Certification of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
