Occupational Therapist

We are seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist to join our rehabilitation team at a skilled nursing facility in the Bronx. We offer competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package.

• Evaluate residents and develop individualized plans of care

• Provide skilled occupational therapy services to support functional goals

• Supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants and provide clinical guidance

• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed

• Complete accurate and timely documentation in accordance with facility and regulatory requirements

• Educate residents and caregivers on treatment plans and progress

• Maintain a safe and professional treatment environment

• Valid New York State Occupational Therapist license

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program

• Skilled nursing facility experience preferred

• Experience with Rehab Optima is a plus

• New graduates are welcome
