We partner with stable, established companies across aerospace and defense, manufacturing, construction and design-build, industrial automation, and product development. Our clients are hiring Electrical Engineers at every level — from hands-on design engineers through senior leads and engineering managers — with competitive salaries, comprehensive benefits, and long-term project pipelines.
If your background fits any of the areas below, we want to talk. You do not need experience in all of them.
Product & Hardware Design
Analog and digital design using fundamental building blocks — differential amplifiers, op amps, LDOs, filters, and data converters. Schematic capture and PCB layout in Altium, PADS, OrCAD, or similar. High-speed interfaces, signal integrity, and EMI/EMC. Board bring-up, debug, and design verification. Taking products from concept through prototype, testing, and production release.
Power Systems & Electrical Design
Power distribution, lighting, grounding, fire alarm, and low-voltage system design. Load, short circuit, coordination, and arc flash studies. One-lines, panel schedules, and construction documents in AutoCAD and Revit MEP. Modeling in SKM, ETAP, or EasyPower. NEC, NFPA 70E/72, and IEEE application. PE license is a strong plus and is required for some roles.
Controls & Automation
PLC, HMI, VFD, and servo programming and troubleshooting — Allen-Bradley/Rockwell, Siemens TIA Portal, and comparable platforms. Control panel design to UL 508A and NFPA 79. Equipment installation, integration, startup, and commissioning. SCADA and plant-floor systems including Ignition, Wonderware, and FactoryTalk. Machine safety, risk assessment, and safety PLCs.
Levels We're Filling
Engineer (3–7 years) — Execute design and development work on assigned systems. Produce calculations, drawings, and documentation to code and company standard. Perform testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting. Coordinate with mechanical, software, and manufacturing counterparts.
Senior / Lead Engineer (7–15 years) — Own the electrical scope on projects end to end. Serve as primary technical interface to customers and contractors. Provide labor and material estimates for proposals and change orders. Lead design reviews and mentor engineers and designers.
Engineering Manager (10+ years, including supervisory) — Manage a team of engineers and designers. Own capacity planning, resource allocation, and department budget. Establish design standards and review gates. Partner with business development on scoping and client relationships.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience
- 3+ years of relevant engineering experience (senior and management openings require more)
- Proficiency with the design, analysis, or programming tools relevant to your discipline
- Working knowledge of the codes and standards governing your area of practice
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work across disciplines.
Preferred: Graduate degree in Electrical Engineering; PE license; relevant vendor or safety certifications; prior experience in aerospace/defense, medical device, industrial manufacturing, mission-critical facilities, or utilities.
For select roles — primarily aerospace and defense openings in Melbourne, FL: must be a U.S. Citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance.
Work Environment
100% onsite at the client facility in [City, State]. Depending on the role, this may be an engineering office, a lab and prototype environment, an active construction site, or a manufacturing plant floor. PPE and site safety compliance required where applicable. Travel and off-shift or on-call support vary by position and will be discussed during screening.
Relocation assistance is available for select openings.
How This Works
These are active and anticipated openings with multiple clients. Apply once and we'll match your background, level, and location preference against current requisitions — including roles not publicly posted.
