Physical Therapist Assistant
Job Description
Aventura at Carriage Inn, located in Dayton, Ohio, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Full-Time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our rehabilitation team. This position offers a consistent 35-hour work week in a supportive, patient-centered skilled nursing environment.
Responsibilities:
Provide physical therapy treatments under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
Assist in implementing individualized treatment plans to improve mobility, strength, and functional independence
Accurately document patient care and progress using Net Health
Communicate effectively with the interdisciplinary team regarding patient status and progress
Ensure compliance with all facility policies and regulatory standards
Qualifications:
Active Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license in Ohio
Experience in a skilled nursing or post-acute care setting preferred
Experience with Net Health is a plus
Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care
Schedule:
35 hours per week
Weekend or holiday rotation may be required
