About the Role:

As a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA), you will work closely with our occupational therapists to provide high-quality care to our residents. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with the development, implementation, and evaluation of individualized occupational therapy plans

  • Providing direct care to residents, including exercises, activities, and therapies

  • Maintaining accurate and detailed records of patient progress and care

  • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care

  • Maintaining a safe and clean environment for all residents

Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) Requirements:

  • Current certification as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) in the state of Missouri

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of attention to detail

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to lift, transfer, and assist residents with mobility and other physical needs

  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
