Occupational Therapist (Home Care) – Contract Position
Location: Colorado, 80634
Schedule: Full-time | 1st Shift | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Hours: 36–48 hours per week
Pay: $1,865 – $2,068 per week
Responsibilities:
Provide in-home occupational therapy services to patients
Assess patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans
Assist patients in improving daily living and functional skills
Educate patients and caregivers on therapy techniques and safety
Requirements:
Previous home care experience required
Active Occupational Therapist license (Colorado)
Ability to work independently in a home health setting
Professional light gray scrubs required
Make a meaningful impact by helping patients regain independence in the comfort of their homes
