About the Role:
As a Respiratory Therapist (RRT or CRT) at Woodbury Heights Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, you will be responsible for providing high-quality respiratory care to our patients, including:
Administering respiratory therapy treatments and services, such as oxygen therapy, respiratory airway management, and pulmonary function testing
Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
Monitoring patient condition and adjusting therapy as needed to ensure optimal outcomes
Maintaining accurate records and reporting to appropriate healthcare professionals
Responsibilities:
Provide respiratory care to patients in accordance with established policies, procedures, and standards
Conduct thorough assessments of patients' respiratory status and develop individualized treatment plans
Administer respiratory therapy treatments and services as ordered by physicians
Monitor patients' condition and adjust therapy as needed to ensure optimal outcomes
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
Maintain accurate records and reporting to appropriate healthcare professionals

Requirements:
Current registration with the National Board for Respiratory Care (RRT or CRT) or eligibility to sit for the exam
Bachelor's degree in Respiratory Therapy or related field
