Top 50 AmLaw firm seeks an associate to join its Business and Transactions Department in their Boulder or Denver office.
Qualified candidates must have at least 2-5 years of significant experience and will have substantive experience in mergers and acquisitions, venture capital and emerging company transactions as well as general corporate governance, commercial matters and/or public company securities transactions and disclosure. Experience in licensing and technology transactions is a plus. Successful candidates will have experience leading all phases of transactions, as well as strong academic credentials and superior writing and communication skills. Active license in CO preferred.
