Triacle Companies is looking for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team as an SOS CNA!
$1,000 LONGEVITY BONUS - UNLIMITED $300 REFERRAL BONUSES

As a member of our SOS team, you must:
be flexible to work any shift
be on-call to work in any of our 5 facilities (located in Catoosa, Owasso, Mannford, Sand Springs, and Ponca City)
have your LPN LICENSE
have reliable transportation
have a professional appearance/attitude
must have long-term care experience
must have point click care experience
guaranteed 1 weekend off per month
You will be an advocate for our residents and we want you to excel in this role. Comprehensive training will be provided to assure your success as an LPN with our company.
