About the Role:
As an Occupational Therapist with Advocate Healthcare of East Boston, you will be responsible for:
Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans to enhance the functional abilities and independence of our residents
Conducting thorough assessments and evaluations to identify rehabilitation needs and goals
Providing hands-on therapy sessions to include areas such as cognitive, sensory, fine motor, and gross motor skills
Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and optimal outcomes
Maintaining accurate and detailed records of treatment plans and progress
Participating in quality improvement initiatives and outcomes measurement
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
Current registration with the American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA)
Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in Massachusetts
