Responsibilities

Architect, design, and implement complex multi-vendor network and security solutions across enterprise environments.
Serve as a senior technical escalation resource for engineers and consultants, providing guidance and resolution for high-impact issues.
Proactively manage critical incidents, coordinating with clients and leadership to ensure timely and effective resolution.
Partner with manufacturer engineering teams to secure lab access, validate designs, and support solution deployment.
Evaluate client environments, develop strategic recommendations, create detailed technical designs, conduct peer design reviews, and lead implementation planning.
Mentor and coach junior engineers to strengthen technical capabilities and promote continuous professional development.
Cultivate strategic relationships with key technology vendors and remain current on emerging trends, tools, and best practices.
Maintain advanced, manufacturer-specific certifications (e.g., CCIE, JNCIE, FCX, CISSP, UCS) and pursue additional certifications aligned with professional development goals.
Develop and enhance standardized assessment, delivery, and testing methodologies to ensure consistent, high-quality service execution.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related technical discipline with 15+ years of relevant experience, or Master’s degree with 10+ years of experience.
Multiple top-tier industry certifications preferred (e.g., JNCIE, FCX, CISSP).
Exceptional client-facing skills, both in-person and remote, with the ability to build trust and credibility at all organizational levels.
Strong executive presence, professional demeanor, and outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrated expertise in developing comprehensive network designs and implementation strategies.
Deep technical proficiency in architecting, deploying, and supporting enterprise IT solutions across wired and wireless networking, security platforms, and data center networking technologies.
