Occupational Therapist (OT)
Hiring a Occupational Therapist (OT) to work in a healthcare setting in Federal Way, Washington 98003.
Contract: 13 weeks
Schedule: Monday – Friday
Hours: 40 hours per week
Compensation: $1900 - $1944 per week
Key Requirements
Conduct comprehensive screenings and evaluations of patient functional abilities, including physical, emotional, and cognitive components.
Develop and implement individualized occupational therapy treatment plans focused on improving activities of daily living (ADLs) and functional independence.
Provide skilled therapeutic interventions and modifications to help patients develop, recover, or maintain daily living and work skills.
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, including evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries, in compliance with facility standards.
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team, including PTs, SLPs, and nursing staff, to ensure a coordinated approach to patient care.
Key Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program (Master's or Doctorate degree).
Current and active Washington (WA) Occupational Therapist license.
Valid NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification.
Ability to commit to a 13-week contract with a consistent 40-hour weekly schedule.
Current BLS/CPR certification for healthcare providers.
