Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Job Description
HireCare Services is partnering with a leading skilled nursing facility in Warwick, RI to recruit a compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
As an LPN, you will provide high-quality nursing care to residents while working alongside a dedicated nursing team in a supportive, resident-centered environment. ResponsibilitiesProvide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with facility policies, physician orders, care plans, and safe nursing practices
Assist RNs and other nursing staff with daily duties and resident care
Administer medications and treatments as ordered
Monitor residents for changes in condition, side effects, or adverse reactions and report concerns appropriately
Perform routine nursing tasks, including vital sign checks and wound care
Document resident care and progress accurately and in accordance with facility policies and regulations
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to develop and implement individualized care plans
Participate in care conferences and care plan updates
Promote residents' comfort, dignity, privacy, and independence
Communicate effectively with residents, families, and members of the healthcare team
Follow all applicable healthcare regulations, safety procedures, and facility policies
Promote teamwork, professionalism, and effective communication
Graduate of an approved Licensed Practical Nursing (LPN) program
Current, unencumbered Rhode Island LPN license
Current CPR certification
Previous long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred, but not required
Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills
Ability to handle multiple priorities with professionalism and tact
Reliable, compassionate, and team-oriented

Competitive salary: $32.00 - $36.00 based on experience.
