LOCATION: Butte, MT

JOB TYPE: Full-Time Permanent


An established outpatient rehabilitation clinic in Butte, Montana is seeking a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist to join a collaborative team focused on delivering exceptional patient outcomes. Position Responsibilities

  • Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and create individualized treatment plans based on patient goals and clinical findings
  • Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to improve function, decrease pain, and support recovery
  • Utilize hands-on techniques including manual therapy, soft tissue approaches, therapeutic exercise, and additional treatment modalities as appropriate
  • Track patient progress and maintain accurate clinical documentation
  • Educate patients on home exercise programs, injury prevention, and long-term wellness strategies
  • Collaborate with fellow healthcare professionals to optimize treatment outcomes
  • Maintain compliance with safety standards, documentation requirements, and best clinical practices
  • Participate in ongoing education and professional development opportunities


Qualifications

  • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree required
  • Current or eligible Montana Physical Therapy license
  • Strong understanding of anatomy, biomechanics, rehabilitation principles, and patient-centered care
  • Experience or interest in treating orthopedic conditions, sports-related injuries, post-surgical recovery, neurological conditions, and general musculoskeletal disorders
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Previous outpatient experience preferred, but strong new graduates are encouraged to apply
