About the Role:
As a Physical Therapist (PT) at St Johnsbury Center for Living and Rehabilitation, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of patients and residents, providing individualized care and treatment plans to help them achieve their maximum potential. Your responsibilities will include:
Evaluating and treating patients with a variety of physical therapy needs, including orthopedic, neurological, and cardiovascular conditions
Developing and implementing personalized treatment plans, including exercises, stretches, and educational programs
Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and ensure continuity of treatment
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of patient treatment and progress
Participating in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care and develop effective treatment plans
