As an Occupational Therapist at Loudoun Rehabilitation and Nursing Center, you will:

• Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans

• Provide skilled occupational therapy services to improve independence in ADLs

• Address functional deficits related to strength, cognition, coordination, and safety awareness

• Recommend and train residents in adaptive equipment and environmental modifications

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to optimize outcomes

• Accurately document evaluations, treatments, and progress notes

• Assist with discharge planning and caregiver education

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program

• Valid VA Occupational Therapist license and registration

• Experience in long-term care or geriatric rehab preferred

• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills

• Compassionate, team-oriented, and resident-focused
