Job Summary
Adventist Health Twin Cities is seeking a Physical Therapist to evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans for patients with injuries, illnesses, and mobility limitations. The Physical Therapist will work collaboratively with physicians, nurses, and rehabilitation staff to help patients restore function, improve mobility, and achieve optimal outcomes.
Requirements
Current Epic experience required
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
Experience in acute care, inpatient, outpatient, or rehabilitation settings preferred
Strong patient assessment and treatment planning skills
Ability to work independently and as part of an interdisciplinary team
Excellent communication and documentation skills
Required Credentials
Active California Physical Therapist License
Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT), Master's Degree, or Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
BLS Certification (preferred or facility required)
