No food manufacturing experience? No problem! We provide on-the-job training and are looking for people with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.
What You’ll Do
As a Production Team Member, you’ll play an important role in making and preparing our cheese products. Your day may include:
- Operating cheese-making and production equipment according to training and specifications
- Preparing and opening ingredients and materials for processing
- Handling and moving cheese products safely throughout production
- Labeling, organizing, and packaging finished products
- Moving products into cold storage
- Making packaging materials and assembling molds
- Stacking and loading finished products onto pallets for shipment
- Following all food safety, quality, sanitation, and GMP requirements
- Working safely and efficiently as part of a team

Requirements:What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for reliable team players who are ready to learn and take pride in their work. The ideal candidate will have:
- High school diploma or GED
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to follow instructions and established procedures
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Willingness to learn different production tasks
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Ability to perform physical work, including standing, bending, reaching, and lifting up to 40 lbs.
- Commitment to maintaining food safety, quality, cleanliness, and sanitation standards
