About the Role:
As a Food Service Supervisor on Weekends, you will be responsible for leading our food service team on weekends, ensuring that meals are prepared and served in a timely and efficient manner. You will also be responsible for managing inventory, ordering supplies, and maintaining a clean and safe food service environment.
Food Service Supervisor Responsibilities:
Supervise food service staff on weekends, ensuring that meals are prepared and served according to established standards
Manage inventory, ordering supplies as needed, and maintaining a clean and organized food service area
Develop and implement menus, ensuring that they meet the dietary needs and preferences of our residents
Liaise with dietary personnel to ensure that food is prepared and served in accordance with established standards
Maintain accurate records of food service operations, including inventory, meal counts, and resident feedback
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, including food safety and sanitation standards
Food Service Supervisor Requirements:
Prior experience in a food service or healthcare setting is preferred
Strong supervisory and leadership skills, with the ability to lead a team on weekends
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, families, and staff
