Key Responsibilities

• Support daily manufacturing and production operations in accordance with established procedures
• Assist with assembly, material handling, machine support, packaging, or general production duties as assigned
• Read, interpret, and execute work instructions, production schedules, and safety requirements
• Perform basic quality checks to ensure finished products meet required specifications
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-compliant work environment
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding production flow and issues
• Adhere to all workplace safety, attendance, and compliance expectations
• Support cross-functional production needs as required to meet operational goals

Qualifications

• Previous experience in manufacturing, warehouse, assembly, production, or industrial environments preferred
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
• Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or within a team environment
• Must be able to meet pre-employment screening and compliance requirements as applicable
• Valid Journeyman Electricians License in the state of Colorado



Preferred Experience

• Experience in power distribution, electrical manufacturing, or heavy industrial environments
• Mechanical aptitude
• Experience using hand tools, measuring tools, or working with industrial equipment
• Material handling or forklift experience, if applicable
• Familiarity with quality-controlled or safety-regulated production environments
