Job Description:
The Cherry Picker Forklift Operator is responsible for safely operating a cherry picker/order picker forklift to pull, move, replenish, and stage products within the warehouse. This position requires strong attention to safety, accuracy, and productivity in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Responsibilities:
- Safely operate a cherry picker/order picker forklift to pick and move products throughout the warehouse
- Pull customer orders accurately using RF scanners or order sheets
- Replenish product locations and stage completed orders for shipping
- Load, unload, stack, and palletize cases as needed
- Inspect products, labels, and packaging for accuracy and damage
- Maintain inventory accuracy by placing products in the correct locations
- Follow all warehouse safety rules, OSHA guidelines, and alcohol-handling procedures
- Keep assigned work areas clean, organized, and free of safety hazards
- Report damaged products, equipment issues, or inventory discrepancies to a supervisor
- Assist with general warehouse duties as needed
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Previous cherry picker/order picker forklift experience required
- Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment in a fast-paced environment
- Experience using RF scanners or warehouse management systems preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
- Dependable attendance and punctuality required
- Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous warehouse, distribution, or beverage/alcohol warehouse experience preferred
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull cases of product as required
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and move throughout the shift
- Comfortable working at elevated heights while operating cherry picker equipment
- Must be able to work in a warehouse environment with frequent movement and equipment traffic

In the spirit of pay transparency, we want to share the base salary for this position is $18.00, not including benefits, potential bonuses or additional compensation once hired as permanent employee at our client. If you are hired, your base salary will be determined based on factors such as individual skills, qualifications, experience, and geographic location. In addition, we also believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future & continued salary growth.
