Responsibilities:
Develop and implement personalized nutrition plans for residents with various dietary needs and restrictions
Conduct initial and ongoing assessments of residents' nutritional status and develop individualized care plans
Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure that residents receive comprehensive care
Provide education and support to residents, families, and caregivers on nutrition-related topics

Requirements:
Must be a Registered Dietitian (RD) or be eligible for registration with the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR)
Bachelor's degree in Nutrition or related field
Possess current certification as a Registered Dietitian (RD) or be eligible for certification
