Bay Area Direct Client Care has a contracted position for 1 patient in the family home who is medically complex. She requires medication via G tube and is incontinent of bowel and bladder with a history of seizures. The contracted dates are June 6,7,8,12, and 13th from 7am-7pm at a contracted rate of $40 per hour.
Requirements
- 1 year LPN experience
- Current FL LPN License
- Current CPR
- Pass Level 2 background screen
- Ability to transfer patient
- Reliable transportation
- MUST COMMITT TO FULL CONTRACT ANY CALL OFFS DURING THAT TIME WILL RESULT AND ADJUSTMENT OF PAY TO $30/HR
