$15 - $18 hourly
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage daily schedules for our team of expert technicians, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues with professionalism and care.
- Maintain accurate records of service requests, technician assignments, and client interactions to ensure seamless operations.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize dispatch processes, enhancing our service quality and client satisfaction.
- Monitor and track technician progress throughout the day, providing updates and support as needed to ensure smooth workflow.
- Communicate effectively with clients and technicians to confirm appointments, changes, or delays, fostering transparency and trust.
- Utilize dispatch software to streamline operations, ensuring all data is current and accessible for team collaboration and decision-making.
Qualifications:
- Experience in coordinating schedules and managing dispatch operations in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members, ensuring clear and professional interactions.
- Proven track record of utilizing dispatch software to track and update service requests efficiently.
- Strong organizational skills to maintain accurate records of service calls and technician assignments.
- Ability to identify and resolve scheduling conflicts proactively, minimizing service disruptions.
- Experience in optimizing routes and improving service efficiency through collaboration with team members.
- Familiarity with the West Palm Beach-Boca Raton-Boynton FL area is a plus, enhancing route planning and service delivery.
