CDR ProSource is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to support the maintenance and repair of production machinery, tools, and facility equipment in Elkhart, IN. The ideal candidate will have 2–5 years of maintenance experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work in a variety of industrial environments.

- Pay Rate: $21.00–$30.00 per hour (Depending on experience)
Key Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance and repairs on CNC machines, welders, air compressors, hydraulic equipment, and production machinery.
- Perform routine preventative maintenance and troubleshoot equipment issues.
- Read and interpret ladder logic, electrical schematics, blueprints, and tool schematics.
- Diagnose electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and equipment problems.
- Use multimeters and other testing equipment for troubleshooting.
- Maintain and repair air tools, hand tools, and production equipment.
- Support CNC/PLC systems and data networking installations.
- Operate forklifts, tractors, lawn equipment, boom lifts, scissor lifts, and ladders as needed.
- Complete building repairs and general facility maintenance.
- Order parts, complete maintenance paperwork, and communicate with corporate personnel.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all safety procedures, including Arc Flash and Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) requirements.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of maintenance experience required.
- Proficient in reading electrical schematics and ladder logic.
- Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, mechanical, hydraulic, CNC, and PLC systems.
- Experience with production machinery, welders, saws, drill presses, and metal fabrication equipment.
- Ability to use a multimeter and other testing equipment.
- Forklift certification/experience preferred.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to cross-train and assist other maintenance personnel.
- Comfortable working indoors without air conditioning and outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Able to work in hot, cold, dusty, greasy, and noisy environments.
- Able to stand and walk for extended periods and regularly bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawl.
- Able to lift and handle up to 50 lbs.
- Must wear required PPE, including safety glasses and gloves.
