Responsibilities
As an Occupational Therapist at The Orchards at Lapeer, your responsibilities will include:
• Conducting comprehensive assessments and developing individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of our residents
• Providing occupational therapy services to help residents improve their cognitive, physical, and emotional functioning
• Collaborating with other members of our interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care and effective communication
• Implementing and modifying treatment plans to address changes in resident needs and goals
• Documenting resident progress and maintaining accurate records
