DISHER is currently partnering with a U.S.-based company specializing in innovative, tobacco-free pouches designed to deliver energy and serve as an alternative to chewing tobacco. The company is searching for a Key Operator who will be responsible for optimizing the performance of the production line by monitoring key parameters, identifying inefficiencies, and implementing improvements to enhance throughput and reliability.

- Work with the Production Manager and Supervisor to achieve daily and weekly production targets.
- Lead the training and onboarding of new GD machine operators, ensuring they develop a strong understanding of machine functionality, safe operating practices, and standard work procedures.
- Establish clear guidelines for troubleshooting and ongoing maintenance tasks that operators can perform independently, while defining when issues must be escalated to the maintenance team.
- Understand and follow routine maintenance schedules, basic diagnostic steps, and proper documentation of machine issues.
- Ensure that all OSHA regulations are followed.
- Ensure all food safety and internal operating protocols are followed.
- 4-6 years of experience in a manufacturing facility - preferred.
- Highly proficient computer skills, including MS Office software.
- Must be able to lift 40 lbs. occasionally.
- Will be required to stand, bend, and walk for extended periods of time.
- Great communication skills.
- Must be able to operate a computer, telephone, and other manufacturing/warehouse equipment on a regular basis.
- Will be required to operate heavy machinery on occasion.
