[Key Responsibilities]
%CF; Support the NGGL across visual & branding development, content production, and creative operations
%CF; Design and produce brand-aligned creative assets across digital, social, and print
%CF; Develop moodboards, visual references, creative presentations, and project proposals
%CF; Research emerging trends across music, fashion, youth culture, digital media, entertainment, and visual storytelling
%CF; Manage project logistics, including expense tracking, transportation, and equipment rentals for creative projects
%CF; Provide on-site support during shoots, fittings, and events, ensuring that wardrobe, equipment, and creative materials are prepared
Requirements
[Required Qualifications]
%CF; Ability to design and produce polished, brand-aligned creative assets across digital, social, and print
%CF; Strong visual taste and interest in music, fashion, branding, pop culture, and youth culture
%CF; Experience supporting photoshoots, video productions, campaigns, events, fittings, or other creative projects
%CF; Proficiency in both Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, or advanced proficiency in either program.
%CF; Strong organizational, project-management, and multitasking skills
%CF; Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across creative and production teams
%CF; Professional, solutions-oriented, and a team player
%CF; Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
%CF; Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Bilingual in English and Korean prefer
[Preferred Qualifications]
%CF; Experience in the music, entertainment, fashion, media, advertising, or artist development industries
%CF; Familiarity with wardrobe styling, glam operations, sample trafficking, and fashion production workflows
%CF; Portfolio demonstrating strong visual taste, creative thinking, or production work
%CF; Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Premiere Pro and After Effects.
%CF; Proficiency in Google Workspace, particularly Google Sheets
%CF; Experience with emerging creative design tools (3D, AI, or Web Design)
