About the Dialysis Technician Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Dialysis Technician (CCHT or CHT) to join our team in The Bronx, New York. As a valued member of our interdisciplinary care team, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional patient care and supporting the delivery of high-quality dialysis treatments.
Dialysis Technician Responsibilities
Conduct pre-dialysis patient assessments and monitor vital signs
Administer dialysis treatments according to established protocols
Maintain accurate records of patient care and treatment outcomes
Collaborate with multidisciplinary care team to develop and implement individualized care plans
Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance dialysis patient outcomes
Dialysis Technician Requirements
Current Certification in Dialysis Technology (CCHT or CHT)
Prior experience in dialysis care; experience in a rehabilitation setting a plus
