This role offers flexible scheduling and the opportunity to work with residents focused on improving communication, cognition, and swallowing function.Responsibilities:Evaluate and treat speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disordersDevelop individualized treatment plans and functional therapy goalsCollaborate with nursing, rehab staff, physicians, and families regarding resident careMonitor resident progress and adjust treatment approaches as neededMaintain accurate documentation and progress notesQualifications:Active SLP license requiredStrong communication and organizational skillsSkilled nursing experience preferred but not requiredDirect Hire.
