As the first point of contact for our campus, our Concierge team plays a vital role in creating a welcoming, safe, and positive atmosphere for residents, families, visitors, and staff.
The RoleWe are seeking a warm, friendly, and organized Concierge / Front Desk Receptionist to join our hospitality team at Asbury Heights!
In this key role, you will serve as the face and voice of our community. You will greet incoming guests, operate our central phone system, assist residents with day-to-day inquiries, manage incoming mail and deliveries, and support campus administrative operations. Key ResponsibilitiesWarm Welcome: Greet residents, family members, prospective families, and visitors with enthusiasm, maintaining a professional and secure reception desk.
Communication Hub: Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls efficiently while taking clear, accurate messages.
Resident Support: Assist residents with everyday requests, maintenance work order entries, transportation scheduling, and general community information.
Visitor Management: Oversee visitor sign-in/sign-out procedures and screening protocols to ensure campus safety and security.
Deliveries & Mail: Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail, packages, and deliveries for residents and administrative departments.
Administrative Support: Assist campus management with light administrative tasks, clerical support, and special event coordination as needed.
Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of customer service, receptionist, front desk, or concierge experience (senior living, hospitality, or healthcare experience preferred).
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional verbal communication, active listening, and a warm, empathetic demeanor.
Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable learning front-desk management or work-order software.
Reliability: Dependable punctuality with strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities in a high-touch environment.
