This role offers flexible scheduling and the opportunity to support residents working toward improved independence and functional ability.Responsibilities:Provide occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of the Occupational TherapistAssist residents with self-care activities, coordination, mobility, and upper extremity exercisesReinforce adaptive strategies and therapeutic techniquesMonitor resident response to treatment and communicate updates to the OTMaintain accurate documentation and progress notesQualifications:Active COTA license requiredSkilled nursing experience preferred but not requiredDirect Hire.
