Linen Operations Specialist

About the Role Gabro Event Services is hiring a Linen Operations Specialist to keep our linen inventory clean, inspected, and event-ready. You'll be working in our warehouse in Largo, FL, processing linens after every event and making sure everything that goes out the door meets our quality standard. This is a detail-oriented, hands-on role. If you take pride in doing things right and like structured, physical work, this is a good fit. What You'll Do - Wash, dry, and treat linens using commercial laundry equipment - Inspect every piece for stains, tears, burns, fraying, or sizing issues before it goes back into inventory - Sort, fold, and package linens to prep for upcoming events - Identify and look up products in our inventory system and print the correct labels for stocking - Flag and separate damaged items for repair or retirement - Keep the linen area organized and inventory counts accurate - Work with the warehouse team to meet event-day deadlines What We're Looking For - Strong attention to detail — you catch things others miss - Basic computer skills — comfortable enough to look up items and print labels - Comfortable with commercial laundry equipment and fabric care (or willing to learn quickly) - Organized — you sort, label, and track without being told twice - Reliable — events don't move, and neither do our deadlines - Able to stand, lift, and move throughout a full shift - Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred - Previous laundry, linen, hotel housekeeping, or warehouse experience is a plus, but not required Why Gabro - $19/hr starting pay - Steady hours with a consistent team - Work in a fast-growing, well-established event company that's been in Tampa Bay since 2010 - Straightforward work with clear expectations.
