About the Role:
As a Physical Therapist PT with our team, you will play a vital role in helping our residents recover from a variety of conditions, including cardiac, orthopedic, renal, and pulmonary issues. You will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, collaborating with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement personalized therapy plans.
Responsibilities:
Conduct initial and ongoing assessments of residents' physical function and ability to perform daily activities
Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to address residents' needs and goals
Provide physical therapy services, including exercises, stretches, and other therapies as needed
Document resident progress and maintain accurate records
Communicate with residents, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transition

Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
Current Physical Therapy license in the State of New Jersey
Strong clinical skills and ability to work effectively with residents with complex conditions
