Contract-to-Hire
Shift: 2nd Shift
Compensation: Up to $20/hr + shift differential

Must have Skill Set:
- Electronics or electrical assembly experience
- Circuit board/PCB experience
- Soldering experience
- Ability to troubleshoot electronic components
- Ability to read schematics and technical drawings
Overview:
We are seeking an Engineering Technician to support a manufacturing environment in Pflugerville, TX. This is a hands-on opportunity focused on troubleshooting, testing, and working with circuit boards and electronic assemblies. The ideal candidate will have experience with electronics, soldering, and diagnosing component-level issues. This position will work closely with engineering and production teams to identify problems, perform testing, and help ensure electronic assemblies meet specifications.
Job Duties:
- Troubleshoot and test circuit boards and electronic assemblies
- Diagnose and identify component-level issues
- Perform soldering and electronic assembly work
- Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical documentation
- Set up and perform engineering tests
- Analyze test results and assist with resolving technical issues
- Use electronic test equipment and tools to troubleshoot assemblies
- Document test procedures, results, and recommendations
- Assist engineers with testing and development activities
- Follow all safety procedures and manufacturing guidelines
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as an Electronics Technician, Engineering Technician, Electrical Technician, Assembler, or similar role
- Hands-on experience working with circuit boards or electronic assemblies
- Soldering experience required
- Ability to troubleshoot electrical/electronic components
- Ability to read schematics, blueprints, and technical instructions
- Experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work 2nd shift and overtime as needed
- Associate degree, technical training, military training, or equivalent hands-on experience preferred
