Universal Heating & Cooling, Inc. is a growing HVAC company serving residential and commercial customers throughout Sumner, Davidson, Williamson, Wilson, Robertson County for over 50 years. We are seeking a skilled HVAC Service Technician to diagnose, repair and maintain HVAC systems. The ideal candidate is dependable, customer-focused, and experienced in troubleshooting residential and/or commercial HVAC equipment.

Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose and repair HVAC system issues.
  • Perform preventive maintenance and system inspections.
  • Communicate repair recommendations and solutions to customers.
  • Complete Service reports and work orders through ServiceTitan or other CRM program accurately.
  • Maintain company vehicle, tools and equipment.
  • Follow all safety procedures and company standards.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years of HVAC Service experience.
  • Valid Driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in various weather conditions.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Positive attitude.
