The Springs of Fairfield Bay is seeking a compassionate and skilled Full-Time Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our dedicated rehab team. Your work will empower residents to regain independence, confidence, and quality of life through meaningful everyday activities.
What You’ll Do:
Provide direct occupational therapy services under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist
Assist in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans focused on functional goals
Help residents improve strength, coordination, and daily living skills
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team to support holistic recovery
Document therapy sessions and progress toward goals
Educate residents, families, and staff to promote ongoing success
What You Bring:
Active Arkansas COTA license
Strong clinical skills and a compassionate, hands-on approach
Team-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills
Passion for helping residents regain independence and improve quality of life
