Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to each child's unique needs and goals.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care and optimal outcomes for our young clients.
- Engage children in creative and effective therapy sessions using our state-of-the-art sensory and orthopedic gyms.
- Monitor and document progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to maximize each child's potential.
- Educate and empower families by providing guidance and resources to support their child's development at home.
- Participate in regular team meetings to share insights, celebrate successes, and foster a collaborative environment.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance your therapeutic skills and knowledge.
Qualifications:
Master's degree in Occupational Therapy or higher from an accredited program.
Valid state license as an Occupational Therapist.
CPR certification.

Kidtherapy is a multidisciplinary outpatient pediatric clinic that is therapist-owned and managed. We do only clinic-based services and a small amount of teletherapy. KidTherapy's pediatric therapy facility has over 4,000 square feet of fully equipped space. We offer two sensory gyms, an orthopedic gym, and four private treatment rooms.
